This was a DOE Zero Energy Ready Certified Home, ENERGY STAR Certified, with Universal Design elements. We won our first DOE Housing Innovation Award in the Affordable category.
Major Features: SIPs, Colored Concrete Floors, Universal Design, Zero Energy Ready.
2017 Model
Next iteration was bigger and concrete block
3 Bedroom -- 2 Bath, 2 Car Garage -- 1407 sqft -- 40' Width

Wood Frame -- more sustainable

Major Features: Minimal square footage, but with vaulted ceilings to make it feel bigger. Standard construction techniques.
2021 Model
Better layout, added Rooftop PV Solar and QuickTie Hurricane System
