To keep prices low and construction time short - This is the only home we build.
The 2023 Model is great for both long term or short term rentals and ideal for a long term investment. We've tried to think of everything to keep our investment home low maintenance, keep tenants happy, and reduce turn around time between tenants.

Floor Tile extends under bathroom vanities - Eventually you will have to replace due to wear and tear. Just slide the old ones out and slide the new ones in that are in stock at Home Depot or Lowes. No more trying to match the exact dimensions or having to patch old tile and drywall.
